Unlike typical leadership training this program developed by the Center for Executive Coaching has a single purpose: Show significant, measurable improvements in performance. How? By using relevant, practical content, coaching, facilitation, sharing of best practices, and consistent accountability.
We work with small groups of leaders, either intact business or organizational leadership teams, or through our open enrollment engagement where leaders get an opportunity to collaborative with leaders from across a variety of industries.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The most important aspect of this program is it is not a one-off, one time training session. This program is designed to build leadership capacity and get results for individuals, businesses and organizations. It is designed to build consistency in behavior and attitudes over time that will make a significant impact for the participants and the organizations they serve by strengthening the capacity for leaders to get results.
